You are part of a community, and want to help people stay in touch with what is happening. All of the events are posted to different channels, by different organisers, promoters, artists, and teachers, and these channels are full of extraneous noise.
Even you can’t keep track of all of the events, and you know many of the organisers personally. You would like your community to grow, for everyone to feel informed and included. Why can’t you have a single place online to do everything, a single social calendar to share with everyone? Right now, curating, coordinating, and communicating with organisers, artists and participants, is a thankless and onerous task.

Your community should be easily accessible to everyone interested, or potentially interested, in your passion, without inviting disruptive behaviour, like spam and scams.
The power of social media is built upon behavioral addiction and ‘fear of missing out’ (FOMO). That means they manipulate us into negative habits that are reinforced by the fact that if we leave we feel socially disconnected. Now, together, we can overcome the FOMO, and break the mould using a new, fair and safe approach.
